Çağlar Söyüncü: “Excited to Train Under Jose Mourinho at Fenerbahçe”

At Fenerbahçe, Çağlar Söyüncü mentioned that his injury is improving and he expects to start training with the team in a week. Regarding Jose Mourinho, Çağlar said, "When our coach was at Tottenham, I was at Leicester. We also faced each other in the Conference League. We had conversations and I knew he wanted me. I am very happy that he came here."

My teammates started early, and I am not at the same level as them right now. Without taking any risks, I can say there is one more week. After that, I will start with the team.”

Describing his process to Fenerbahçe, Çağlar Söyüncü said, “I told our that I wanted to stay here. I am happy to have played in Europe for a long time, but I said I wanted to play for Fenerbahçe, that this was my priority. This was my first choice, and it finally happened.”

“I BELIEVE WE WILL ADVANCE”

Responding to a question about the and EURO 2024, Çağlar Söyüncü said, “I congratulate all my friends and our coach. We did very well in the group. Of course, we have shortcomings, but these are matches without a return leg. I am sad that I wasn't there due to my injury. I believe we will advance in the match against the Netherlands.”

Regarding the new season, Çağlar Söyüncü said, “We are all ready. We have to be ready. We must keep ourselves ready. There are very high-quality names.
