Ali Koç Announces Transfer Plans: Offers to Start on June 10th
Fenerbahçe SK President Ali Koç made statements ahead of the presidential election to be held on Sunday. Koç also spoke about Fenerbahçe's transfer agenda.
Ahead of the Ordinary Electoral General Assembly Meeting, which will be held on June 8-9 at Fenerbahçe, President Ali Koç made statements on NOW screens.
ALI KOÇ: “IF WE ARE ELECTED, WE WILL START MAKING OFFERS FROM THE 10TH ONWARDS”
Regarding the players Fenerbahçe will target in the transfer market, Ali Koç said, “I cannot give any names right now. Why not? Because there are names. We identify 5 players for each position. If we are elected, we will start making offers to these names from the 10th onwards.”
“WE WILL MAKE 3-4 ADDITIONS”
Ali Koç also stated, “We didn’t spend all our arsenal on the coach. We will make 3-4 additions to this squad. The other aspect is retaining the current players. Valuable clubs want our very valuable players. We are not considering selling them unless an astronomical offer comes in.”
ANSWER TO AZIZ YILDIRIM’S QUESTION
In response to the question, “Aziz Yıldırım said, ‘If Ali Koç is elected, I will pay half of Mourinho‘s salary.’ Will you ask for it?”, Koç replied, “I don’t expect him to give it at all. He has made such empty promises in the past. If he does give it, that would be great.”
