Fenerbahçe’s Efekan Karayazı Joins Austrian Side FAC Wien on Loan!
Austrian 2nd Division team FAC Wien has loaned Fenerbahçe's 19-year-old midfielder Efekan Karayazı for one year.
Fenerbahçe’s 19-year-old midfielder Efekan Karayazı has been loaned to Austrian 2nd League team FAC Wien. The Austrian club announced that Efekan has been transferred on loan for one year.

FAC Wien General Manager Lukas Fischer expressed his satisfaction with the Austrian-born player signing, stating, “We are very happy to welcome Efekan to FAC for a year. He is one of Austria’s biggest young talents and has attracted attention at Fenerbahçe. We believe he can take the next steps in his young career development with us.”

Efekan, speaking at the signing ceremony, said, “I am very happy to have the opportunity to prove myself at FAC next season. WHO IS EFEKAN KARAYAZI?
Efekan Karayazı, who also played for the Austria U19 National Team, was born in Bludenz, Austria in 2005 and moved to Turkey with his family at the age of 6. Starting his football career at Nevşehir Belediyespor’s youth academy, Efekan signed with Fenerbahçe after showcasing himself there and competed in various age categories in the academy.
The 19-year-old player, who appeared in more than 20 matches for Fenerbahçe’s senior team, made his debut in the Ziraat Turkish Cup match, where Fenerbahçe won 6-0, last season.
