Fenerbahçe Makes €18 Million Bid for Corinthians’ Young Star Wesley
It has been claimed that Fenerbahçe has made an €18 million offer for Wesley, the 19-year-old forward from Corinthians.
Fenerbahçe, continuing its transfer activities, has reportedly made a bid for the winger Wesley from Corinthians.
According to UOL Esporte, the yellow and navy blue club has proposed an €18 million transfer fee to the Brazilian team to acquire Wesley, but Corinthians rejected this offer.
The report states that the Brazilian club is asking for €30 million for the 19-year-old player, and it is expected that Fenerbahçe will make a new offer in the coming days.
Meanwhile, it was noted that Fenerbahçe’s head coach, Jose Mourinho, had also been monitoring the young player during his time managing Roma.
This season, Wesley has played 38 matches for Corinthians, scoring 5 goals and providing 3 assists. The Brazilian player’s contract with his team runs until the end of 2027.
