Brazilian Defender Tuta on Fenerbahçe’s Radar for Defensive Boost
After the injuries to Becao and Oosterwolde, Fenerbahçe has started looking for a central defender and is set to transfer Brazilian defender Tuta from Eintracht Frankfurt.
Fenerbahçe has found the central defender they were looking for in the Bundesliga. The Yellow-Navy Blues have largely agreed with Eintracht Frankfurt for Tuta’s transfer.
The management has begun negotiations on contract terms with the Brazilian player’s representative.
Tuta can also play as a right-back and defensive midfielder, in addition to being a central defender.
The 25-year-old footballer has played in 22 matches this season, scoring 1 goal and providing 1 assist.
Looking to replace the injured Becao and Oosterwolde, Fenerbahçe plans to add another central defender alongside Tuta.
