Nantes Joins Race for Cengiz Ünder: €6 Million Offer Made
Cengiz Ünder, Fenerbahçe’s second-most expensive transfer in history (15 million euros), has attracted considerable interest from multiple clubs. However, the offers received for the Turkish international fall well short of Fenerbahçe’s expectations.

Fenerbahçe acquired Cengiz Ünder from Marseille at the start of last season for 15 million euros, making him the second-highest transfer in the club‘s history.
Despite high expectations, Cengiz has underperformed at Fenerbahçe. Not included in Mourinho‘s plans, the experienced player is rumored to be on his way out during the January transfer window.
Cengiz Ünder has serious suitors from the Süper Lig, and a loan move during the mid-season transfer window is another option.
According to a report by Sabah, the Turkish international has also garnered interest from Greece. Additionally, Nantes has been identified as one of the teams keen on signing the player.
The French club is reportedly prepared to offer 5-6 million euros for Cengiz, but Fenerbahçe’s management considers this amount far below their valuation.
This season, Cengiz Ünder has made five appearances, playing a total of 125 minutes, without contributing to the scoreline.
