Fenerbahçe Secures Diego Carlos Transfer from Aston Villa!
Fenerbahçe is preparing to make its first transfer of the winter break, having reached an agreement with Diego Carlos, who currently plays for Aston Villa.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Carlos is expected to arrive in Istanbul tonight to finalize his transfer to Fenerbahçe. The Brazilian center-back will sign the official contract after completing his medical examinations.
It is reported that the transfer will be completed for a fee exceeding €10 million. Meanwhile, Aston Villa aims to bring in Loic Bade as a replacement for Diego Carlos.
The 31-year-old experienced defender has played 17 matches this season for Aston Villa, logging 1,403 minutes on the pitch.
