Fenerbahçe announced that they have begun negotiations with PSG for Milan Škriniar and confirmed the player's arrival in Istanbul.
One of the most active teams in the winter transfer window, Fenerbahçe, has delivered its second major transfer after Diego Carlos. The Yellow-Navy Blues have signed Milan Škriniar, who was reportedly close to joining Galatasaray. Fenerbahçe officially announced the transfer.
