Fenerbahçe Moves to Keep Dusan Tadic: One-Year Contract Extension Proposed

The offer from Fenerbahçe's management to renew Serbian star Dusan Tadic’s contract, set to expire at the end of the season, has been revealed. It’s also rumored that Tadic received a surprising proposal from his former club.

Dusan Tadic’s consistent performance for Fenerbahçe has drawn attention as his contract with the club will end after this season.

75 MATCHES: 23 GOALS, 23 ASSISTS

Since joining Fenerbahçe, Tadic has appeared in 75 out of 76 official matches, contributing 23 goals and 23 assists. Beyond these numbers, he has also excelled in other statistics.

Last season, Tadic was the player with the highest expected assists in the league and created the most big chances (30). This season, he holds the highest rating in the league (7.65) and leads with the most key passes per game (2.7).

The experienced star has been free from injury and has never received a red card, missing only one match – last season’s Turkish Cup game against Adanaspor.

MANAGEMENT MOVES FOR A NEW CONTRACT

As Tadic’s contract ends this season, Fenerbahçe has initiated talks to retain him. While his former club Ajax is reportedly testing the waters with a two-year contract and a potential coaching role afterward, Fenerbahçe plans to offer a one-year extension. The club will offer him the same annual salary of €4 million.
