Fenerbahçe’s Oosterwolde Discusses Contract and Transfer Rumors
Jayden Oosterwolde, who has attracted the attention of European clubs this season with his performance at Fenerbahçe, spoke to the Dutch press. The 22-year-old footballer also responded to the transfer rumors surrounding him.
Having impressed in the center-back and left-back positions at Fenerbahçe this season, Jayden Oosterwolde quickly made a name for himself. The Dutch player made statements to his country’s press.
When asked about the interest in him during the mid-season transfer window and why he didn’t leave Fenerbahçe, Oosterwolde replied, “Because I want to experience winning the championship with Fenerbahçe first.”
Oosterwolde continued, saying, “If a good club comes and Fenerbahçe agrees with me, that’s also an option.”
This season, Jayden Oosterwolde has appeared in 39 matches wearing the Fenerbahçe jersey, scoring 2 goals.
The 22-year-old star is under contract with Fenerbahçe until 2027.
