Fenerbahçe Set to Sign Çağlar Söyüncü from Atletico Madrid
Fenerbahçe is preparing to make its second addition to the team. The Yellow-Navy Blues have reached an agreement with Atletico Madrid for the permanent transfer of Çağlar Söyüncü.
Under the management of Jose Mourinho, Fenerbahçe is gearing up for the new season and is ready to add Çağlar Söyüncü to their squad on a permanent basis.
The management had already met with the national player and agreed on personal terms. The transfer negotiations with the Spanish giant have also been concluded.
The 28-year-old defender will sign the official contract after undergoing medical checks. Loaned for 2 million Euros in the mid-season transfer window last season, Çağlar Söyüncü played 16 matches, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist.
Previously, Fenerbahçe had signed Levent Mercan from Fatih Karagümrük.
