The report noted that Lazio President Claudio Lotito found the transfer fee demanded by Udinese President Giampaolo Pozzo for the Serbian player to be too high.
Fenerbahçe, on the other hand, has made a €20 million offer, including bonuses, to the Serie A team to acquire Samardzic.
The report detailed that Udinese viewed this offer positively as the beginning stage of negotiations, and a net €20 million offer without bonuses could finalize the transfer.

The 22-year-old player, who was transferred from Leipzig in 2021 for €3 million, has a contract with Udinese for two more years. Last season, Samardzic appeared in 34 Serie A matches, contributing 6 goals and 2 assists to his team.
