Mourinho Calls on Fenerbahçe Youth Academy as 15 Players Are Absent
Due to the absence of 15 players, Mourinho called for reinforcements from the youth academy. Fenerbahçe's youth players will be at Samandıra on match days and will train with the first team.

With 13 players on national duty and 2 others injured, Fenerbahçe’s coach, Jose Mourinho, has requested support from the youth academy for training sessions. The yellow and navy blue team, which has a bye week in the Süper Lig and will play its first match on October 20 away against Samsunspor, will reinforce its training sessions with players from the academy until the internationals return. The young players will head to the Samandıra Can Bartu Facilities on match days for training.

Mert Müldür, Samet Akaydın, İrfan Can Kahveci, İsmail Yüksek, Bartuğ Elmaz, Yusuf Akçiçek (Turkey), Livakovic (Croatia), Bright Osayi-Samuel (Nigeria), Amrabat, En-Nesyri (Morocco), Szymanski (Poland), Djiku (Ghana), Dzeko (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
Additionally, Çağlar Söyüncü and İrfan Can Eğribayat are undergoing treatment for injuries. İsmail Yüksek, who is also injured, will see a doctor today at the national team camp, and his condition will be assessed.
