Poland Coach Confirms Fenerbahçe Star Szymanski’s Injury Before Portugal Match
Poland National Team Head Coach Michał Probierz announced that Fenerbahçe player Sebastian Szymanski is dealing with an injury ahead of their match against Portugal.
Speaking before the Nations League match on Saturday, Probierz shared the news of Szymanski’s injury.
Regarding Szymanski’s condition, Probierz stated, “He hasn’t trained for two days and had an individual session yesterday. We will decide after training whether he will play in the Portugal match.”
According to reports in the Polish media, even if Szymanski doesn’t feature against Portugal, he is expected to play against Croatia on Tuesday, October 15, depending on his recovery.
This season, Sebastian Szymanski has made 13 appearances for Fenerbahçe, contributing 1 goal and 2 assists. The 25-year-old Polish player has been an important part of the squad.
