Four Left-Back Options Identified as Fenerbahçe’s Transfer Priority

Following Jayden Oosterwolde’s season-ending ACL injury, it is widely expected that Fenerbahçe will make a left-back transfer. Reports indicate that Jose Mourinho is strongly advocating for reinforcements in this position, with four potential candidates on the club's radar.

In Oosterwolde’s absence, Filip Kostic has been filling the left-back role for Fenerbahçe. However, since Kostic is not included in the European squad, he is only available for Süper Lig matches.

During the match against Zenit, Mourinho utilized Levent Mercan in the position, adding him to the rotation, but he remains adamant about signing a new left-back.

Reports suggest that Fenerbahçe has shortlisted four players for the role.

According to Hürriyet, Antonio Gallo, currently playing for Lecce in Serie A, is one of the names on the list. Another rumored target is Fabiano Parisi from Fiorentina.

Juan Miranda from Bologna has also been linked with the yellow and navy blues. Lastly, Archie Brown of Belgian side Gent is said to be another candidate under consideration.
