PROTEST AGAINST THE REFEREE’S DECISION
Fred, Fenerbahçe‘s Brazilian midfielder, was shown a yellow card in the 41st minute for protesting the referee‘s decision. Alongside Edin Džeko, Fred was booked by match official Sascha Stegemann. The yellow card means Fred will miss the next match.
As a result, Fred will be unavailable for Fenerbahçe’s sixth-week home match against Athletic Bilbao.
