Fenerbahçe Faces Tough Choices: Offers Flood In for Key Players

While Fenerbahçe's focus is on potential arrivals during the winter transfer window, decisions about players who might leave the club due to attractive offers are eagerly awaited.

As Fenerbahçe continues its efforts to bring new players to the squad during the transfer window, suitors for some of the current players are also counting down to January.

FIVE PLAYERS IN DEMAND

While Fenerbahçe’s management aims to finalize winter transfers quickly, they are also evaluating offers for several players. According to a report by Spor Arena, the players receiving offers are as follows:

YOUSSEF EN-NESYRI

Despite being signed for a record €19.5 million, his performance has been underwhelming. Al-Nassr has offered €32 million for the player.

CENGİZ ÜNDER

The 27-year-old was acquired for a record €15 million but has failed to meet expectations. His agent has been asked to find him a club. Nantes is currently interested in him.

SEBASTIAN SZYMANSKI

The Polish star has faced heavy criticism for his performances this season. Tottenham, Bayer Leverkusen, and Napoli are reportedly interested in him.

İSMAİL YÜKSEK

Portuguese club Benfica has expressed interest in İsmail Yüksek and is reportedly willing to pay €10 million. However, Fenerbahçe has declined the offer. Benfica may increase the bid in January.

SAMET AKAYDIN

Due to strained relations with fans, Samet Akaydın is looking to move to a team where he can play regularly. The national defender, signed by Fenerbahçe in the 2022-23 season for €4 million and contracted until 2026, is reportedly being pursued by Bodrum FK.
