Slavko Vincic: The Trusted Referee Behind Europe’s Biggest Games!
The 45-year-old referee Slavko Vincic has officiated numerous high-profile matches on the international stage. Recognized as one of Slovenia’s top referees, Vincic has taken charge of major finals, including the 2024 UEFA Champions League final and the 2022 UEFA Europa League final.
A trusted official in UEFA competitions, Vincic has also refereed quarterfinal and semifinal matches in the European Championship. Notably, he officiated the Spain-France semifinal at EURO 2024 on July 9. With 15 years of experience in European competitions, Vincic has already officiated eight Champions League matches this season.
Beyond European competitions, Vincic has also been assigned matches in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates this season. Last year, he officiated the UEFA Champions League final between Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid. Most recently, he took charge of the PSV-Juventus match in the Champions League this week.
