Controversial Referee Cihan Aydın Appointed for Alanyaspor vs. Fenerbahçe Clash!
Cihan Aydın, a debated name in Turkish football, has been appointed as the referee for Fenerbahçe's away match against Corendon Alanyaspor on Sunday, February 9.
The referees for Matchweek 23 of the Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season have been announced. Accordingly, Cihan Aydın will officiate the Alanyaspor vs. Fenerbahçe match at Gain Park Stadium. His assistants will be Mehmet Kısal and Esat Sancaktar, while Muhammet Ali Metoğlu will serve as the fourth official.
It had previously been revealed that Cihan Aydın is a devoted Galatasaray fan and had allegedly joined online referee meetings using Galatasaray-related nicknames.
