UEFA Issues Heavy Fine to Fenerbahçe Over Fan Behavior

The UEFA Disciplinary Committee has imposed three separate fines on Fenerbahçe due to incidents that occurred during their UEFA Europa League away match against Midtjylland.

The committee penalized Fenerbahçe for events that took place during their group stage match against Midtjylland.

Fenerbahçe was fined €10,000 under UEFA’s Disciplinary Regulations for “spreading a message inappropriate for a sporting event.”

Additionally, the club received a €10,500 fine for objects being thrown onto the field.

Fenerbahçe was also fined €41,500 for the use of flares, bringing the total penalty amount to €62,000.
