Shock for Fenerbahçe: İsmail Yüksek Injured, MRI Reveals Shoulder Damage
Fenerbahçe announced that İsmail Yüksek was injured during the match against Twente, which ended 1-1.
The club stated that İsmail Yüksek sustained an injury to his shoulder during the Twente match. Fenerbahçe’s official website released the following statement:
“During our UEFA Europa League match against Twente, our player İsmail Yüksek received a blow to his shoulder. An MRI scan was performed, and it was determined that he has sustained partial damage to the ligaments in his left shoulder. His treatment has already begun. We inform the public accordingly.”
İsmail Yüksek was also included in the national team squad announced yesterday, but it is expected that the 25-year-old player will be withdrawn from the squad.
