Fred Praises Jose Mourinho: “Excited to Work with a Top Coach”

Fred, continuing preparations for the new season, answered questions on the club television.

“ALWAYS AIMING TO WIN”

Asked about Mourinho, the Brazilian player commented, “I worked with him at Manchester United. He brought me there himself. Everyone knows how good a coach he is. He always wants to win. I’m very happy to work with him. We want to win championships in every competition. We’re working very hard. We have a long season ahead.”

Fred also added about Mourinho, “He’s a huge name. Our training sessions with him are good and intense. That’s how it should be. The season is long, and we want to make a good start.”

Reflecting on the previous season, Fred said, “Last season was tough for me because I had so many injuries for the first time. I came back stronger. I hope we can achieve better things this season compared to last season. We’re continuing our preparations. I hope we become champions because that’s our goal.”

Looking ahead to the new season, Fred said, “Our mentality is to win every match. We have a good team. We always need to keep our heads up. We have a good team; what we need to do is keep fighting. We need to be aggressive on the field. We want to win every match I play. Personally, I hate losing. I want to win many things.”

Fred concluded his words by saying, “I want to thank our fans because wherever we go, they always follow us. This year, we’ll fight together. We want to win trophies and celebrate together. Thank you for being with us once again.”
