Fenerbahçe Responds to Claims of Stadium Sponsorship Agreement
It was previously reported that Fenerbahçe had reached an agreement with Chinese automotive giant BYD for stadium naming rights. The Yellow-Navy Blues have now responded to these claims with an official statement.
The initial reports suggested that Fenerbahçe had secured a deal with BYD for stadium naming rights.
In response, the club has denied these allegations, stating that no agreement has been finalized. The statement from Fenerbahçe reads as follows:
“We are making this statement in response to recent news in the media claiming that our club has reached an agreement regarding stadium naming rights. Contrary to these reports, which have mentioned specific company names and sponsorship amounts as though an agreement has been concluded, no such deal has taken place so far.
Our club’s efforts regarding stadium naming rights continue. We share this information with the public.”
