Samet Akaydın: “Please be patient with me”

Following the 1-1 draw against Wales in the National Team, Samet Akaydın spoke.

Samet said, “We are very happy. For the first time in our history, we are going as leaders. Coming here from a match like Germany was challenging. We showed good character. We really wanted to go as leaders. Hopefully, we will do even better in the European Championship,” he said.

Assessing the difference in play between Fenerbahçe and the National Team, Samet Akaydın stated, “I knew the coach’s playing system in national team, and I adapt better. I believe I will overcome these challenges at Fenerbahçe as well. If they wait for me a bit, I will do good things at Fenerbahçe too.”
