According to the news in Sözcü; Fenerbahçe, which won the cases filed by President and in the ECHR in 2022 and reached an agreement with the state, was recently paid an additional 47,000 Euros (1 million 485 thousand TL). Five more cases are pending

The ECHR has once again found Fenerbahçe justified, but it seems that this is not the end. It is stated that the club still has four or five cases pending at the ECHR, and similar results are expected from them. Fenerbahçe will file lawsuits through the ECHR to reclaim any fine imposed on them by the state. The cycle of penalties continues as follows: PFDK (TFF) imposes the fine. Fenerbahçe wins the appeal to the ECHR. The Republic of Turkey pays the resulting payment.

Disciplinary provisions are unconstitutional
