Fenerbahçe Vice President Erol Bilecik: “We Seek Authority to Withdraw from League on April 2”
Fenerbahçe Vice President Erol Bilecik discussed the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting where the withdrawal of the yellow-blue team from the Super League will be discussed. Erol Bilecik stated, "We aim to outline our roadmap in line with a culture of consultation and obtain this authority from the general assembly. After that, we will continue with the necessary implementations and steps."
Fenerbahçe Club Vice President Erol Bilecik made statements regarding the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, which will take place on April 2.
Speaking on Fenerbahçe TV’s program “Gündem Özel” (Special Agenda), Erol Bilecik’s remarks were as follows:
“UNITED AS A SINGLE BODY”
“We have experienced a week where our community has intensely engaged in consultations and truly united as a single body.”
“THERE’S A STRUCTURE THAT CONSIDERS EVERY MEANS FAIR”
“Fenerbahçe should remain in the game but not in the race… There is no such world. There’s a structure that considers every means fair.”
“AFTER OBTAINING AUTHORITY FROM THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, WE WILL CONTINUE WITH NECESSARY IMPLEMENTATIONS AND STEPS”
“We will do this on April 2, and we will hold our extraordinary general assembly with a tremendous majority. We want to have an exchange of views with our entire community by rallying together. In line with the culture of consultation, we aim to outline our roadmap and obtain this authority from the general assembly. After that, we will continue with the necessary implementations and steps.”
“EXTRAORDINARY SITUATIONS REQUIRE EXTRAORDINARY SOLUTIONS”
“When there is injustice, Fenerbahçe’s voice rises. We did not come to April 2 carelessly. Fenerbahçe will discuss these matters on April 2, and authority will be given to the Fenerbahçe Administration from the general assembly. Extraordinary situations require extraordinary solutions. We will be present there on that day, and all our members who will leave the greatest legacy for their children and grandchildren in the future will be present. We will never depart from sound reason on that day, but we will also make the voice of our rebellion heard wherever necessary.”
“WE AWAIT ALL OUR MEMBERS”
“We await all our congress members on that day. We will be there at 5:00 p.m. There will also be a 40-45 minute iftar (breaking fast) time among us on that day. We are making preparations for that as well.”
