We managed to bring some joy to them. They never leave us alone, and it’s our responsibility to always make them happy. If the team wins, we are all good; if we lose, we are all bad. I thank everyone. I’m very happy we won. I dedicate the goal to my dear wife. I promised her that if I scored, I would dedicate it to her.”
Fenerbahçe’s Dutch left-back Jayden Oosterwolde added: “For us, winning was very important. Starting strong in Europe was crucial. The last match had a bad result. Today was about regaining confidence and showing the fans that we are here. I believe we achieved that.”
