Fenerbahçe’s Samet Akaydin: “This is Fenerbahçe, Everyone Must Stay Ready”
In the 5th week of the UEFA Europa League, Fenerbahçe defeated Czech team Slavia Prague 2-1 away, after being 1-0 down, and reached 8 points in the Europa League.
After the match, Fenerbahçe‘s defender Samet Akaydin shared his thoughts.
Samet Akaydin said after the match:
“I congratulate my teammates. Everyone tried to do their best. This is Fenerbahçe, and here, everyone tries to keep themselves ready. Everyone fought very well today. It’s great to come from behind and win the match. The game started a bit tough. The referee didn’t show much tolerance. We started a bit cautiously in the first half, but we played better in the second half.”
