Mourinho on Player Relationships: “What Matters Is How We Fight Together”
Fenerbahçe's head coach, Jose Mourinho, made statements following the team's 2-0 victory over Alanyaspor in the 23rd week of the Trendyol Süper Lig.

Fenerbahçe defeated Alanyaspor away with goals in the first half, securing the win. After the match, Mourinho addressed the criticism regarding Fenerbahçe‘s performance in the first half.
In response to the question about the criticism that his team “didn’t play well in the first halves,” Mourinho said, “They will always find something else to criticize. I don’t care about that. What matters to me is my relationship with the players. We don’t cry over injuries. We will keep fighting and staying united.”
“We Need to Be More Practical”
Continuing his comments, the Portuguese coach said, “Last year at this time, we had 26 muscle injuries. This year, we have 12. We can say we’re in a better situation. We need to be more practical. We need to be more positive.”
