Fenerbahçe General Secretary Kızılhan: “We Believe in the Championship”
Fenerbahçe General Secretary Burak Kızılhan spoke about next week's Süper Lig derby against Galatasaray, stating, "Millions of our fans will be watching on their screens, while nearly 2,500 of our supporters will be at the stadium, cheering non-stop for our team. With God's will, we will emerge victorious."

During Fenerbahçe‘s High Council Board meeting, Kızılhan discussed the club‘s activities and expressed his firm belief that the football team will finish the season as champions.
Taking the stage at Fenerbahçe Faruk Ilgaz Facilities in Kalamış to present the activity reports to the members, Kızılhan began by wishing former club captain Oğuz Çetin a speedy recovery. He also commemorated board member Mehmet Dereli, who passed away in February, and former Fenerbahçe national team player Ogün Altıparmak.
Updating members on the club’s developments, Kızılhan highlighted the renovation of the lighting system at Ülker Stadium, stating, “The name of the Founder of the Republic of Turkey, our Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, has been inscribed on our stadium’s roof. This project once again symbolizes our club’s unwavering commitment to Atatürk’s legacy and the values of the Republic.”
Regarding the removed lighting system from Ülker Stadium, Kızılhan added, “We have made the dismantled units available to our fans through our auction partner’s platform under the motto ‘Forever in Fenerbahçe’s Light.’ Out of 100 units, 99 are up for auction for our fans, while the 100th unit is displayed in our museum.”
Kızılhan also provided updates on the achievements of Fenerbahçe’s teams and athletes.
Emphasizing the football team’s recent strong form, he said:
“When our community believes and unites, there is no obstacle our men’s football team cannot overcome. Under the leadership of our head coach Jose Mourinho and with our new signings, we are taking strong steps toward our goals. We firmly believe we will claim the championship at the end of the season. Boosted by the confidence from our victory against Anderlecht on Thursday, we aim to secure the desired result in the second leg and advance to the next round. With these feelings, I wish our team success in tomorrow’s home match against Kasımpaşa. I also extend my best wishes to our Fenerbahçe Beko Men’s Basketball Team in the Turkish Cup final tomorrow. Furthermore, in next week’s derby, millions of our fans will be watching, and nearly 2,500 of our supporters will be in the stadium, passionately supporting our team. With God’s will, we will win.”
